Helping Youth Through Educational Scholarships

The President of Iron Lava Corp is a director and founding member of HYTES. We created their logo, built their website, designed their stationery and provide their web hosting services all free of charge. Iron Lava Corp also makes regular cash donations to the charitable organization. HYTES' raises funds in Canada to provide scholarships in developing nations. They provided 150 scholarships for the 2008 school year in Guatemala, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
We originally volunteered our services to design and build the website for the Triangle Gallery of Visual Arts in the year 2000. We currently provide web and email hosting and regular content maintenance all free of charge. The Triangle Gallery of Visual Arts is engaged in the advancement of knowledge and understanding of contemporary visual art through a balanced annual program of visual art exhibitions to the public of Calgary.
Iron Lava Corp volunteered together with a writer, an illustrator and a photographer to design Altadore School's brochure. Altadore School strives to be a cooperative learning community which fosters responsible, autonomous learners within a responsive, diverse quality learning environment.
Kenyan Community in Greater Edmonton Association

Two of the HYTES founders are also active members in the Kenyan Community in Greater Edmonton Association ("KCE"). When they approached us with a the need for a website, we provided discounted design, development and hosting services. We also rebuilt their logo in a format similar to their previous logo.
We were really impressed with The Ad Hoc Band's performance at a HYTES fundraiser. The band is also community minded and perform free of charge at charity fundraisers. Iron Lava Corp was inspired to give back and provided pro bono web design and hosting services.
Iron Lava Corp designed and built their website several years ago. We also developed a password protected portal for use by administrative staff and all Leadership Calgary alumni and provided a significant discount. Leadership Calgary is a community-based, leadership development program of Volunteer Calgary.
The Todoroki Taiko team is dedicated towards the common goal of learning and performing Taiko Japanese Drumming. Through this, Todoroki Taiko is helping to increase awareness and promotion of Japanese culture and the arts in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Iron Lava Corp designed their website free of charge and provides a substantial discount for web and email hosting.
We provided a significant discount for the design, development and hosting of Smart Recovery's website. SMART is a free self-help program for recovery from addictive behavior.
Iron Lava Corp provides discounted email and we hosting services for Wood Buffalo Volunteer & Information Centre. Their mission is to promote, develop and support volunteerism in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
